TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Maritime): Managing and nurturing relationships with shipping, trading, and logistics clients to ensure maximum value from maritime intelligence solutions with an accent on vessel tracking, port analytics, and fleet monitoring. Focus on driving platform adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating client feedback into actionable product enhancements.

Location: Must be based in Greece (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

  • Build and nurture proactive relationships with shipowners, charterers, brokers, and traders.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding experiences for vessel tracking and port analytics tools.
  • Identify and mitigate customer risks to ensure successful platform adoption and retention.
  • Develop engagement campaigns to improve user experience and platform utilization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for maritime data and workflow inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to uncover expansion opportunities and drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles within the maritime or commodities sector.
  • Strong understanding of maritime workflows, industry stakeholders, and vessel tracking data.
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts and technical engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in data platforms, Excel, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Must be based in Greece and able to work in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with APIs and advanced maritime analytics tools.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce for tracking success metrics and engagement plans.
