What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and be accountable for the delivery of Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports and strategic advice to technical teams and C-level executives.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Technical background: Degree in Computer Science or similar, or previous experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Strong knowledge of network and security systems (Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM).
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a compelling way.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
