What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions and containerized microservices using C# .NET and SQL Server.
• Provide technical strategy and direction as an individual contributor across several squads of software engineers and SDETs.
• Drive the evolution and impact of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code within the SDLC.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement technical requirements and product features.
• Mentor lead engineers and junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in roadmap refinement, project planning, and high-level estimations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with prior experience in a lead role.
• Strong proficiency with C# .NET, SQL Server, Docker, and Kubernetes (k8s).
• Proven experience with true CI/CD processes and daily release cycles.
• Expertise in building and managing containerized microservices.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent).
• Must be based in Westlake, Texas.
