Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

• Research and advise on country-specific rules for marketing and sale of foreign funds to local investors.
• Manage the flow of daily requests for compliance advice and assess provided information.
• Utilize legal advice tools like AOsphere or S+S Navigator for correct rule framing.
• Maintain logs of previous advised cases using AI tools to ensure consistency.
• Monitor regulatory updates and participate in thematic periodic team meetings.
• Handle additional compliance tasks including monitoring of Gifts, Entertainment, and Personal Account Dealing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law (background in EU or International Law is a plus).
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• English: Proficiency (C1) required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cross-border Fund Distribution Regulation and Advisory tools.
