What you will do

• Monitor Portuguese and European legislation and publications from supervisory authorities such as CMVM and ESMA.
• Translate legal and institutional documents, including correspondence, rules, and internal policies.
• Support corporate registration processes, including company incorporation and amendments to articles of association.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and manage institutional communications.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems and internal corporate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (business or economic law preferred).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous, and responsible approach to work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
