What you will do

• Set up and operate SMT line equipment, including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, SPI, AOI, and reflow ovens.
• Perform program loading, alignment checks, and manage change-overs and first article verification.
• Diagnose and correct production issues such as misalignment, tombstoning, and solder bridging.
• Review SPI/AOI results and conduct root-cause analysis for defects to ensure IPC-A-610 compliance.
• Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance on nozzles and feeders to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in SMT manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes, SMT components, and soldering principles.
• Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Basic understanding of IPC standards (IPC-A-610).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
