What you will do
- Lead multi-functional build streams and delivery teams comprising both internal and vendor resources.
- Oversee core banking configuration, platform extensions, and systems integration for CASA and Time Deposit products.
- Manage detailed planning, delivery schedules, and cross-team dependencies to ensure business objectives are met.
- Govern vendor performance and manage third-party implementation providers.
- Supervise the full testing lifecycle, including Unit Testing, SIT, migration testing, NFR, and UAT support.
- Ensure operational readiness and alignment with target-state architecture prior to cutover and go-live.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record in core banking transformation and deposits modernization programs.
- Hands-on experience with at least two core banking platforms such as TCS, Finacle, or Fiserv.
- Experience managing vendor-led delivery models and third-party teams.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Regional or APAC delivery exposure.
- Prior experience in professional consulting.
- Master's degree.
