What you will do
- Manage and strengthen relationships with PSPs, acquirers, APMs, and payment gateways.
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand cooperation into new geographies, verticals, and payment methods.
- Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, fees, reserves, and settlement terms.
- Maintain structured documentation, pipelines, and partner registries to ensure operational visibility.
- Source and launch new payment partners from initial business case to final go-live.
- Collaborate with CSM and Sales teams to validate business value and prioritize partner requests.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in payments, fintech, or payment orchestration.
- Professional background on the business side (merchant, payment platform, or operations).
- Deep understanding of PSPs, acquirers, APMs, and payment gateways.
- Strong business English and Russian proficiency.
- Proven negotiation skills and high operational discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel partnership workstreams independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-risk merchants or complex verticals.
- Knowledge of payment orchestration.
- Understanding of chargebacks, rolling reserves, and MCCs.
- Global payments exposure.
