The company is looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to join the team in Cyprus. In this role the professional will own the growth of IB and strategic partner networks, manage high-value client relationships, and drive scalable client acquisition.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage IB/partner networks to boost deposits, trading volume, and revenue
- Own the full client lifecycle – from prospecting and onboarding to retention and upselling
- Identify new acquisition channels and regional growth opportunities
- Act as the commercial owner of partner relationships and frameworks

🔑 Requirements:
- Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Proven experience in retail brokerage sales, business development, or account growth
- Strong understanding of IB, affiliate, and partnership models
- Demonstrated track record of growing a client book, acquiring active traders, and converting leads into funded clients
- Hands-on, target-oriented, and excellent communicator
