Technical Support Engineer (L1) with QA Responsibilities

We're looking for a technically-minded support engineer to help investigate customer-reported issues, reproduce bugs, assess their impact, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure problems are resolved efficiently.
This role is primarily focused on issue triage and troubleshooting, with additional responsibilities around test documentation and occasional manual testing.

What you'll be doing:
• Investigating and reproducing reported issues
• Writing detailed, actionable bug reports
• Assessing severity and business impact
• Monitoring and triaging incoming incidents
• Maintaining test cases and QA documentation
• Supporting light manual testing activities

We're looking for someone with:
✔ Strong written English
✔ Experience in Technical Support, Product Support, or QA
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
✔ Experience documenting bugs and reproduction steps
✔ Understanding of APIs, HTTP status codes, browser DevTools, logs, and basic SQL
✔ Ability to remain calm and methodical during incidents

Nice to have:
➕ Jira, Qase, Sentry, Datadog, Grafana, or CloudWatch experience
➕ Previous experience working closely with engineering teams
Remote position.
