Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $49,000–$57,000/year

What you will do
- Provide professional technical support and troubleshoot functional and system-level issues for products.
- Analyze customer problems using SQL, logs, and browser developer tools.
- Manage and prioritize multiple support cases based on urgency and impact.
- Collaborate with Cloud Ops, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve escalations.
- Document technical findings and solutions for the internal knowledge base.
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting web applications or enterprise software.
- Functional knowledge of accounting principles (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger).
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must not require work visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or equivalent experience (Bootcamp, certifications).
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and relational databases.
- Experience with One (J1), JICS, or business office modules.
- Experience creating knowledge base articles and technical guides.
