🎨 Designer (iGaming)
Локация: Remote
Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Design static and motion banners for performance marketing campaigns (main focus)
• Create advertising creatives for Facebook Ads, DSP and other traffic sources
• Adapt creatives to different formats, GEOs and placements
• Work closely with media buyers to understand campaign goals and hypotheses
• Create multiple variations of creatives for A/B testing
• Improve creatives based on performance results and feedback
• Maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines
• Stay up to date with trends in performance marketing design
Requirements:
• 1–3 years experience in graphic / digital design (middle level)
• Strong portfolio with banner ads / marketing creatives
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
• Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-driven design
• Ability to quickly produce multiple creative variations
• Experience in iGaming or performance marketing — advantage
• Ability to work with feedback and iterate fast
• English — Intermediate or higher (plus)
