What you will do

• Conceptualize and design high-converting landing pages for traffic acquisition.
• Create visual assets for promotional campaigns including email templates, push notifications, and in-app banners.
• Develop immersive gamification visuals such as custom icons, badges, and tournament interfaces.
• Lead the evolution of the regional Design Brandbook in collaboration with Product and CRM teams.
• Ensure consistent, premium brand identity across all user touchpoints.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• Proven experience designing for CRM lifecycles and loyalty-driven promotional assets.
• Hands-on experience creating gamification assets like badges, progress bars, and leaderboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with AI-powered design tools to streamline production workflows.
• Strong ability to collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
