What you will do

• Own the reporting infrastructure for Credit Cards, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
• Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and develop a standardization roadmap.
• Develop complex LookML models and ensure trusted data sources for self-service analytics.
• Analyze experiment performance, creatives, offers, and CAC to recommend business actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in BI or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience working with unstructured, complex data.
• Advanced LookML development skills (or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to own reporting end-to-end from pipeline to dashboard.
