What you will do

• Open and maintain bank, EMI, and VASP accounts for diverse business needs.
• Manage ongoing communication with bank Relationship Managers to ensure smooth cooperation.
• Coordinate annual KYC reviews and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Research new payment methods and banking opportunities in emerging countries.
• Provide analytical insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Evaluate innovative financial solutions to improve efficiency and risk management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance within international companies, banks, Big4, or IT companies.
• Solid understanding of payment systems and cross-border multi-currency transactions.
• Ability to prioritize daily routines and strategic goals independently.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• English: B2+ level required.
• Must be based in Ukraine or Poland.

• Experience in banking compliance and a strong understanding of AML principles.
