What you will do

• Handle financial planning and budgeting, and prepare regular reports and analytical summaries.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Collaborate with accounting and other departments on payroll, accruals, and payments.
• Review financial transaction accuracy and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Process payroll using 1C ERP and perform payroll administration.
• Support projects to optimize payroll processes and automate HR/financial operations.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, compensation, and benefits.
• Knowledge of HR processes.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (1C ERP).
• Strong data analysis and database management skills, with experience working with large volumes of information.
• Proficiency in task management tools (Jira, CRM systems).
• English: B2 level and above.
