What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems with strong performance and reliability.
• Build distributed services and real-time processing solutions for high-concurrency scenarios.
• Optimize system performance across multi-threading, JVM tuning, databases, caching, and messaging.
• Collaborate on technical design, solution delivery, and architecture decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Support API and platform integrations across internal and external systems.
• Explore and apply new technologies, including AI/LLM-related solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and MySQL/PostgreSQL, plus distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, JVM, and performance tuning; experience with high-concurrency, high-availability, low-latency systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and service integration.
• English and Mandarin are required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Background in finance, ad tech, or data platforms.
• AI/LLM integration experience.
