What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead global cross-functional technical teams and factory members to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate manufacturing innovation and engineering to resolve technical bottlenecks and optimize BOM costs.
• Manage the transition of products from prototype and pilot builds to volume production.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize product design and development activities.
• Communicate project progress and critical updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics, digital/mobile devices or accessories.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Deep knowledge of Project Management standards and methodology from concept stage to commercialization.
• Proficiency with project tools including MS Project, WBS, Risk analysis, and critical path management.
• Strong experience managing new product development in a global environment.
• Must be located in or able to work from Suzhou, China.
