What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project initiation, planning, and execution for hotel business system implementations and upgrades.
• Act as a key liaison between global product teams, local stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery and compliance with global IT policies.
• Oversee system development, UAT, user training, and full rollout at hotel sites.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Shanghai, China
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (C1 level)
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise software delivery.
• Proven experience in the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry.
• Solid mastery of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Deep understanding of IT security, data compliance, and hospitality regulations.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Direct experience with Opera Cloud or mainstream hotel systems.
• Experience serving multinational companies in the Greater China region.
