What you will do
- Act as a key finance business partner for operational stakeholders to support decision-making with high-quality analysis.
- Manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial results, COGS, and operational KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Prepare business cases for strategic initiatives and investments.
- Maintain transparency and control over inventory, provisions, and product costing.
- Automate reporting and controlling processes using Power BI and Data Warehousing tools.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business/Finance Controlling, preferably in production or manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and inventory analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analytics tools like Power BI.
- Experience working with ERP systems, specifically D365 or AX.
- Fluent English proficiency.
