What you will do

• Lead store designs for Dan Murphy's and BWS, focusing on brand expression and interior design excellence.
• Produce detailed documentation packages and 3D walkthroughs, adapting drawings to site-specific conditions.
• Collaborate with brand leadership, state delivery teams, external architects, and consulting partners.
• Manage external drafting partners to ensure construction documentation aligns with design intent and brand standards.
• Facilitate architectural, structural, and building services reviews (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire).
• Deliver projects within allocated budgets and evolve store formats based on operational learnings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design or design management specifically for store designs.
• Proven retail design experience is essential.
• 5+ years of hands-on Revit knowledge for producing concept packs and 3D visualisations.
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards.
• Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills.
