What you will do

• Lead complex engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
• Oversee project timelines, costs, risks, and overall performance.
• Coordinate resources across sales, marketing, product development, value chain, and manufacturing.
• Lead, coach, and develop project team members.
• Establish and improve processes for product planning, development, and delivery cycles.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges across multiple product lines.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or substantial equivalent technical expertise.
• Strong experience delivering complex engineering projects in heavy industry (mining, mobile plant, or heavy vehicle environments).
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production.
• Must have existing work authorization for Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
