What you will do

• Operate machinery including CNC Routers, Beam Saws, Edge Banders, Brake Presses, Turrets, and Laser Cutters.
• Assemble and adjust door components using hand and power tools based on job orders.
• Read and interpret workshop drawings to fabricate precise profiles.
• Perform rigorous quality checks on finished work and report defective goods.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and ensure the work area remains clean and safe.
• Work towards hourly targets and KPIs to maintain production efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment (factory, production, assembly, or fabrication).
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square.
• Comfortable and proficient with power tools.
• Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to WHS guidelines and PPE usage.
• Reliability and the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
