What you will do

• Create accurate furniture templates by hand for mass production purposes.
• Modify and correct existing patterns to align with current production and sales requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to design and refine new styles.
• Ensure all goals and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Operate various hand and power tools safely within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Conover, NC, USA.
• Proven experience in pattern-making.
• Ability to read and interpret design models and blueprints.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand or walk for at least 8 hours per day.
• Proficiency in basic math and excellent fine motor skills.

Nice to have

• Specific experience in furniture manufacturing hand pattern making.
