What you will do

• Model, texture, look-develop, and groom high-quality 3D assets including characters, props, and environments.
• Ensure all assets meet studio pipeline technical specifications, including topology, UV layout, and shading.
• Maintain artistic integrity and visual consistency throughout the production process.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to refine asset creation workflows and tools.
• Manage asset versions and maintain clear communication with production and team leads to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 3+ years of experience for Mid level or 5+ years for Senior level as a VFX Asset Generalist.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, Substance Painter/Designer, Mari, and ZBrush.
• Deep understanding of PBR workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and artistic expertise.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Houdini.
