TL;DR

Location: On-site in Minnesota or McKinney, Texas. Must be based in Texas or willing to relocate with reliable transportation to the clinic.

What you will do

  • Perform on-site patient engagement by greeting and following up with patients flagged by the recommendation tool.
  • Educate patients on advanced therapy options using non-clinical language to drive confidence in physician recommendations.
  • Drive conversion by scheduling consultations and coordinating next steps from interest to treatment.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff, including front desk, medical assistants, and physicians, to integrate into daily workflows.
  • Provide feedback to the Flagler team regarding conversion metrics and patient objections to improve the recommendation tool.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and professional clinical environment standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing role (e.g., medical assistant, patient navigator, clinic intake, or healthcare sales).
  • Ability to explain medical concepts clearly to non-clinicians.
  • Comfort working in clinical environments with patients experiencing pain or stress.
  • Strong self-direction and reliability for working independently on-site.
  • Based in Texas or willing to relocate to the clinic location (Minnesota).
  • HIPAA training or willingness to complete training before starting.

Nice to have

  • Background in pain management, MSK, or orthopedics.
  • Prior experience as a patient navigator or patient access representative.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
