What you will do
- Develop and execute joint strategies with direct salespersons to meet partner and company goals.
- Support partners through POCs, technical enablement labs, and custom presentations.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners, coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and specialization teams.
- Collaborate to develop "go to market" offerings tailored to partner and objectives.
- Maintain accurate technical account and activity information within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support or as a security expert.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Expertise in LAN/WAN/Internet services, Routing, Switching, VPN, and NGFW.
- Ability to design security solutions using Visio and create Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/v6, DNS, HTTP, and authentication protocols (RADIUS, LDAP, PKI).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs and AI Architecture.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, SD-WAN, or Cloud Security.
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, or WAF.
