What you will do
- Perform proactive outreach via phone, SMS, and email to support patients post-testing.
- Educate patients on testing processes, portal tools, and available resources.
- Identify and resolve barriers to care such as scheduling and provider communication.
- Document all patient interactions accurately within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provider offices to coordinate patient care.
- Collect and report patient feedback to improve support services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in patient support, customer service, or healthcare operations.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong communication and empathy skills for sensitive healthcare conversations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
