What you will do

  • Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat with a professional demeanor.
  • Perform deep-dive troubleshooting to identify root causes across multiple software environments.
  • Manage support for different platforms, each with its own unique user experience.
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements to optimize support workflows.
  • Take full ownership of inquiries from initial contact until final resolution.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role (BPO technical support preferred).
  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex software environments.
  • Ability to work night or weekend shifts to support global time zone requirements.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or Splunk.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with premium accounts in a BPO setting.
