What you will do
- Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat with a professional demeanor.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting to identify root causes across multiple software environments.
- Manage support for different platforms, each with its own unique user experience.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements to optimize support workflows.
- Take full ownership of inquiries from initial contact until final resolution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role (BPO technical support preferred).
- Must be based in Poland.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex software environments.
- Ability to work night or weekend shifts to support global time zone requirements.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or Splunk.

- Experience working with premium accounts in a BPO setting.
