What you will do

• Define the multi-quarter roadmap and vision for the experience platform and design system.
• Architect AI-native interaction standards for agentic workflows, including handoffs, streaming states, and trust guardrails.
• Establish experience contracts and governance processes to prevent fragmentation across products.
• Manage the design-to-code pipeline, ensuring Figma libraries are synchronized with production-grade components.
• Enable developer productivity by providing starter kits, templates, and clear documentation.
• Lead internal training, office hours, and evangelism to drive system adoption.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management, experience platform leadership, or design systems.
• Proven ability to scale reusable patterns and shared UX capabilities across multiple teams.
• Strong technical fluency in design-to-code translation, tokens, and component APIs.
• Experience influencing cross-functional outcomes in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of AI/LLM UX implications, including latency, uncertainty, and non-linear flows.
• Ability to create clear, decision-oriented documentation and usage standards.
