What you will do

• Manage and support a team of RN quality reviewers, providing day-to-day coaching, performance feedback, and workload oversight.
• Analyze chart audit findings and clinical quality data to identify and report on patterns and trends.
• Own the collection and management of quality audit data, maintaining dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate structured chart audit and peer review cycles applying clinical documentation standards.
• Document and escalate recurring quality issues to training program owners for intervention.
• Support root cause analysis and investigate contributing factors when clinical incidents surface.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, care management, or high-acuity settings.
• Experience in a quality assurance, audit, or compliance role conducting chart reviews.
• Proven experience in people management, supervising, and coaching a team.
• Strong skills in data collection and the ability to identify trends within large data sets.
• Ability to translate complex clinical audit findings into actionable summaries for senior management.

Nice to have

• Experience in a virtual or telephonic care environment with remote clinical workflows.
• Familiarity with clinical quality tracking tools or dashboards.
