What you will do
- Manage and support a team of RN quality reviewers, providing day-to-day coaching, performance feedback, and workload oversight.
- Analyze chart audit findings and clinical quality data to identify and report on patterns and trends.
- Own the collection and management of quality audit data, maintaining dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Coordinate structured chart audit and peer review cycles applying clinical documentation standards.
- Document and escalate recurring quality issues to training program owners for intervention.
- Support root cause analysis and investigate contributing factors when clinical incidents surface.
Requirements
- Active RN licensure.
- 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, care management, or high-acuity settings.
- Experience in a quality assurance, audit, or compliance role conducting chart reviews.
- Proven experience in people management, supervising, and coaching a team.
- Strong skills in data collection and the ability to identify trends within large data sets.
- Ability to translate complex clinical audit findings into actionable summaries for senior management.
Nice to have
- Experience in a virtual or telephonic care environment with remote clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with clinical quality tracking tools or dashboards.
