What you will do

• Design and test agentic AI pipelines from scratch for complex healthcare claim-edit generation.
• Explore how agents can navigate and reason over multiple resource types including PDFs, spreadsheets, and websites.
• Prototype and validate workflows to ensure reliability and scalability in real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to verify the quality and relevance of generated edits.
• Translate state-of-the-art AI developments into practical solutions adapted to the healthcare context.
• Contribute to the design of foundations, standards, and best practices for agentic capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Proven interest or experience in agentic AI systems, LLM-based workflows, or AI automation.
• Ability to design and prototype workflows in ambiguous environments starting from a blank page.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong autonomy and proposal skills to drive new ideas.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with local AI-assisted development workflows such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
