What you will do

• Manage accessibility audits with third-party vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure WCAG compliance.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure the timely completion of Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs).
• Facilitate demo sessions and coordinate communication between product teams and external auditors.
• Maintain audit documentation, including planning documents, scoping proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Utilize AI applications to automate status reporting, follow-ups, and progress updates.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement strategic optimizations to improve program management workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Program Management, or PMO roles within high-tech or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing 15–20+ concurrent projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on professional experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve workflow efficiency.
• Strong proficiency with Slack and Excel/Google Sheets for project tracking.
• Experience working in enterprise SaaS organizations or large matrixed corporate environments.
• Ability to provide specific examples of AI implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce products or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG, VPAT, ACR, or Section 508.
• Experience supporting compliance, audit, or regulatory programs.
