What you will do

• Develop innovative interface concepts for automotive vehicles and mobility products.
• Apply UX design principles to identify customer needs and friction points to enhance automotive experiences.
• Create user journeys, storyboards, 2D/3D mock-ups, and UI/UX prototypes.
• Design next-generation HMI for autonomous, performance, and mainstream mobility solutions, including IVI, digital clusters, and HUDs.
• Collaborate with sculpting, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent.
• Present original design concepts and vision to management and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Systems and Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative, UI, or UX Designer.
• Proficiency in UX/UI visualization tools including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D tools (Blender, Vred, Maya).
• Knowledge of HMI for automotive applications, including gesture control and multimodal interactions.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Warren, Michigan office for a hybrid schedule.
