What you will do

• Maintain continuous communication with clients regarding changes and updates.
• Perform coverage analysis, interpret results, and present findings to clients.
• Manage and monitor client inquiries and feasibility orders.
• Train clients on hirify.global methodologies and variable calculations.
• Promote the adoption of company technology.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuary, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Advanced Excel skills (obligatory).
• Experience with large databases and generating insights.
• Experience in direct client contact and customer relations.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in market research, Retailers, or Manufacturers of mass consumption (including internships).
