What you will do

• Manage the delivery flow and ensure timely, accurate execution of roadmap items across cross-functional teams.
• Promote Agile values and principles while driving continuous process improvements.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments to protect team momentum.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define goals and manage the backlog.
• Coach and develop teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery performance.
• Capture, analyze, and report delivery metrics to support informed decision-making for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong Agile mindset with a focus on transparency, collaboration, and ownership.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with change and release management processes, particularly within regulated industries.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Relevant Agile certifications.
• Experience or knowledge of the iGaming industry.
• Prior experience in data or analytics.
