What you will do

• Provide infrastructure support for CICS environments across multiple systems and platforms to maintain stability and performance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade CICS versions and related IBM components, applying necessary patches and maintenance.
• Execute performance tuning and workload balancing while monitoring system health to resolve bottlenecks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues independently using debugging and monitoring tools.
• Design technical solutions aligned with client requirements and integrate subsystems such as MQ, z/OS Connect, RACF, and DB2.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CICS system administration and IBM platform support.
• Expertise in maintaining availability and performance of CICS subsystems across production, development, and test environments.
• Experience with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IBM components.
• Location: Must be based in Lexington, KY, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with COBOL.
• Experience with Assembler.
• Expertise in RACF configuration.
