Location: Must be based in the Greater Los Angeles area and available for on-site presence at least 3 days a week.
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the operational health of video and ads backlogs, including grooming, user stories, and release readiness.
- Lead coordination across a complex vendor ecosystem, including video players, encoding, analytics, and ad insertion partners.
- Drive roadmap and strategy conversations, identifying new opportunities for streaming and monetization.
- Translate product direction into detailed product spec docs and ensure accuracy throughout the development lifecycle.
- Serve as the connective tissue between platform teams, engineering, QA, design, and external partners.
- Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through to launch.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience on a digital product team.
- Strong understanding of video streaming technologies, CDNs, encoding, and digital video advertising.
- Proven experience coordinating with external technical vendors or partners.
- Must be based in the Greater Los Angeles area with working hours aligned to PST.
- Must be able to work on-site at the client's office at least 3 days a week.
- Clear, precise written communication skills for PRDs and technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with ad insertion platforms (DAI/SSAI).
- Experience with video analytics or observability platforms like Mux or Conviva.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and content rights management.
- Working knowledge of AI productivity tooling and prompt engineering.
- Prior consulting or embedded client engagement experience.
