What you will do

• Perform social compliance certification audits in conformance with CSCA and SMETA standards.
• Collect and analyze evidence to provide formal recommendations for certification.
• Lead, control, and oversee audit teams during assignments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Accreditation teams to refine system design and implementation.
• Train other auditors and participate in witness audits conducted by accreditation bodies.
• Maintain all professional audit-related credentials and adhere to internal company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or food.
• APSCA auditor status (minimum RA) and CSCA certification are required.
• 5+ years of proven management experience in the Food/Agri industry.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience, including 2 years specifically as a social auditor.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including international flights and potential weekend travel.
