What you will do

• Support day-to-day lending servicing operations, including member inquiries, payment research, and account maintenance.
• Manage collections operations through delinquency investigations, repayment support, and hardship programs.
• Interface with BPO partners to resolve agent-level escalations and monitor operational performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis on servicing breakdowns, payment failures, and recurring member complaints.
• Own launch readiness and the customer feedback loop for assigned projects within Money Operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and servicing quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consumer lending, collections support, servicing, or fintech/banking operations.
• Experience supporting customer-facing operational processes in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying operational trends and performing root cause analysis.
• Deep understanding of delinquency management and repayment workflows.
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Location: Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina
