What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business area such as Growth, Product, AI, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Define critical business questions and translate them into actionable analytical hypotheses.
• Design experiments, build reports, and surface insights using SQL and Python to drive key business metrics.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and finance teams to provide data-backed recommendations.
• Drive outcomes by managing strategic initiatives from insight generation to final execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking, or a high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact.
• Ability to communicate complex findings persuasively to leadership and influence decision-making.
