Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end mobile platform domains within a complex, workflow-heavy B2B ecosystem.
• Define product direction, requirements, priorities, and roadmap decisions using a lean product mindset.
• Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver mobile platform capabilities for hirify.global Forma.
• Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to measure outcomes and guide decisions.
• Balance long-term strategy with short-term execution and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Refine workflows and mobile experiences by staying close to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering and design teams.
• Analytical mindset and experience using data to support product decisions.
• Experience working with or leveraging AI-powered tools or features, including an understanding of their strengths and limitations.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; the role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the construction industry or related domains.
• Product management experience for mobile applications.
