What you will do

• Nurture and grow US-based communities through high-quality content and meaningful online/offline experiences.
• Develop top community talent to drive grassroots events and initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of community workshops and events, including budgets and vendor management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, messaging, and business outcomes.
• Promote content that is relevant and engaging to the builder and user community.
• Provide strategic guidance to regional event leads for meetups in key cities.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in community engagement.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven experience managing both online and offline communities, specifically within the web3 space.
• Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including DEXs, staking, and liquidity protocols.
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours.
