What you will do
- Design and deliver new private markets products and enhancements across real estate and infrastructure.
- Manage product launches by defining scope, timelines, risks, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
- Lead governance activities to ensure products meet regulatory, risk, and internal policy requirements.
- Analyze market, competitor, and industry trends to inform future product strategy and innovation.
- Review the product range to assess performance, client outcomes, and commercial viability.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to support product development and delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in private markets product strategy, development, or lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of asset management, including private markets structures and investor needs.
- Knowledge of relevant regulation, ideally including AIFMD and multi-jurisdictional product frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- Degree qualified or equivalent; professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or IMC are desirable.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London, UK.
