What you will do

• Manage end-to-end administration of fleet contracts, including customer/vendor setup and master data management in SAP.
• Coordinate billing activities, perform pre-invoicing checks, and resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely month-end closure.
• Support stakeholders with operational requests regarding pricing, invoicing, mileage administration, and sales orders.
• Monitor operational processes, including purchase orders, self-billing activities, and intercompany transactions.
• Perform regression testing and maintain configurations and user administration within FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS).
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance, mentor junior colleagues, and implement process enhancements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in support, customer service, or operations, with at least 1 year specifically in a Fleet Back Office role.
• Experience working with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in an additional language relevant to the supported cluster.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in Romania to support the hybrid work model.
