What you will do

• Assess and take action on user reports regarding policy violations.
• Prioritize sensitive community issues including child safety and violent extremism.
• Review and respond to internal and external escalations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of platform policies and internal documentation.
• Identify areas for improvement using data-driven insights to mitigate risk.
• Leverage AI tooling and SQL to build efficiencies in moderation workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Content Moderation.
• Experience investigating complex safety issues and making risk-based decisions.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to participate in shift rotations including weekends and holidays.
• Must be based in London, UK.

• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
• Experience with email and notification technologies.
• Experience writing Go in production systems.
