What you will do

• Convert equity research insights into scalable AI platform features for stock discovery and selection.
• Design and evaluate LLM-based workflows to translate unstructured data into structured metrics and factors.
• Develop and evaluate sector-based factor models using fundamental research and quantitative design.
• Conduct deep research and initiate coverage on public equities across various industries.
• Contribute to stock-picking models and produce structured reports for a large retail investor audience.
• Partner with Engineering to implement APIs, DAGs, and databases for reproducible backtests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of buy-side public markets investing experience (hedge fund, family office, or endowment).
• Experience and interest in prompt design and context engineering for LLM-based workflows.
• Proficiency in programming, coding, or working with data.
• Ability to read financial statements and build three-statement models with solid accounting knowledge.
• Systemic, data-driven thinking and experience contributing to long-term investment theses.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews at company locations.
