What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade AI solutions across backend services, orchestration layers, and integrations.
• Write high-quality code using TypeScript, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Own the end-to-end deployment process, including discovery, architecture, testing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product and Core Engineering to turn field findings into reusable platform capabilities.
• Debug complex issues across customer systems, infrastructure, authentication, and APIs.
• Rapidly prototype new functionality while maintaining scalability and maintainability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building production software systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems, or applied AI in production.
• Proficiency with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to independently architect and ship complex systems with minimal oversight.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Nice to have

• Startup or early-stage product building experience.
• Experience deploying AI systems into enterprise environments.
• Strong systems engineering or infrastructure background.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT security and authentication systems.
