What you will do

• Define and lead the Thailand TTH technical strategy aligned with regional business priorities.
• Provide strategic direction and scientific oversight across Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Sensory Science.
• Lead and develop a high-performing technical organization, including Flavorists and Application Technologists.
• Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Establish technical standards and best practices to ensure quality and executional excellence.
• Provide executive oversight for complex technical challenges and critical customer escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in food science, flavors, and product development.
• Deep technical expertise in beverage, sweet goods, and savory formulations.
• Strong understanding of flavor chemistry, organic chemistry, and flavor compound interactions.
• Proven success in senior leadership and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Deep market knowledge of the food and beverage industry and competitive landscape.
