What you will do

• Perform testing of incoming, manufactured, and in-process materials using techniques like ELISA.
• Interpret analytical data to evaluate product quality and assess trends against specifications.
• Maintain quality documentation and data summaries in compliance with ISO standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including micropipettes, plate washers, and readers.
• Adhere to laboratory safety standards and proper use of PPE in BSL-1 and BSL-2 environments.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Understanding of molecular biology techniques and precision pipetting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and standard data analysis tools.
• Must be able to work onsite in Rockville, MD, including potential long hours, weekends, and shift schedules.
